Tip
You can start with the Free plan and upgrade at any time. Your scan results and settings are preserved.
Change plan
- In the dashboard go to "Plan".
- Select the plan you want.
- Enter your payment details (credit card or SEPA).
- The new plan is active immediately.
Billing
- Billing is monthly or yearly (with discount).
- Invoices can be found under "Plan" → "Invoices".
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. ZeroFlaw does not store credit card data.
Cancel plan
You can cancel your plan at any time:
- Go to "Plan" in the dashboard.
- Click "Cancel plan".
- Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- After that you'll automatically switch to the Free plan.
Alternatively you can cancel via the Cancel contracts page.
FAQ
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All scans and results are preserved. You only lose access to premium features like API access or scheduled scans.
Can I get an invoice with VAT ID?
Yes, enter your VAT ID under "Plan". It will appear on all future invoices.
Is there a trial period?
The Free plan is permanently free – it's essentially your trial with no time limit.
